Medical Services

Decipher Health provides concierge medical services through an annual membership model. Services are available only in states where the physician is licensed.

Decipher Health does not provide emergency medical services. In case of emergency, call 911 or seek immediate care.

Membership Model

Services are provided under an annual membership agreement. Fees are paid directly by patients. Decipher Health does not bill insurance.

Payment Terms

Membership fees are processed securely through third-party payment providers. Unless otherwise specified in a written agreement, membership fees are non-refundable.

No Insurance Billing

Decipher Health operates as a cash-pay practice and does not submit insurance claims.

Electronic Communications

By enrolling in services, you consent to receive communications via email and SMS related to scheduling, care coordination, and administrative matters.
